Stephanie Marentette

Stephanie is a commercial litigator with a focus on privacy, property, and
construction litigation. Stephanie's experience includes all levels of the Ontario
Courts, as well, she has appeared before various tribunals and regulatory
bodies.
Prior to attending law school, Stephanie spent five years working for the federal
government as Special Assistant to the Minister of State for Finance. As well,
she served as a Special Assistant to the Government House Leader, working
predominantly on parliamentary procedural issues with the chief of staff and the
other lawyers in the office.
Outside of the courtroom, Stephanie serves as a sessional instructor at the
post-secondary level, a Law Practice Program mentor and a Law Society tutor
for the Ontario Bar exams.
Stephanie grew up in Southwestern Ontario and is passionate about serving the
London Community. She presently serves as a director for St. Joseph’s
Healthcare and is a London Transit Commissioner. Stephanie also has conversational French skills.
In her spare time, Stephanie studies ballet and piano, and is an avid traveler.
She also enjoys baking and spending time with her Great Dane, Brisbane.
